VISITING MARY'S HOUSE
Each year, the Basilica of Saint Mary is pleased to welcome thousands of pilgrims and tourists from across the United States and the globe. Many people come to visit our Basilica as part of vacations along the Mississippi River, or because they are attracted by the beauty of our church or the charm of the city of Natchez. Whatever your reason for visiting our church, we hope that you find yourself spiritually at home in Mary's House.
PILGRIMAGE & TOUR GROUPS
Groups of different sizes will visit the Basilica for various reasons. The Basilica is pleased to arrange for guided tours to sizable groups, such as school field trips or parish pilgrimages. Upon request, groups may also be provided use of the Family Life Center for meals and restroom services. (*Groups are responsible for their own catering). Self-guided tour brochures are available to individuals and families who visit the Basilica any day of the week.

Priests who wish to accompany these groups are welcome to concelebrate the parish Masses, or they may arrange to offer Mass for their groups or in private. All priests visiting from outside the Diocese of Jackson must provide a letter of suitability from their diocese or order.

If you are visiting Natchez as part of a Mississippi River Cruise, all of the cruise lines which visit the city have arrangements with the Basilica for guided tours. Consult your cruise excursion materials for more information.

Visitors of all faiths are welcome to attend services offered in the Basilica church. Those who are unfamiliar with Catholic worship will be provided with guides to assist their participation.
